What do I need to bring with me when I arrive to collect my car? You will require your driving licence (both parts in the case of a UK card licence). If you have a non UK Licence, a valid driving licence, valid passport and site of travel documentation is required. Also your credit or debit card that you have secured your reservation with. UK residents will need to supply an additional form of address ID with credit card hires and 2 forms of address ID when paying by Debit Card. Details of acceptable documentation available on request. Where and when if collecting your car from dealership? You will have made these arrangements at reservation point. The enquiry form on the site displays address and opening hours. If your journey is delayed and you can’t get here during opening times please phone ahead to re-arrange or request staff to wait for you. What is the procedure when delivery arranged? Again you will have pre-arranged the delivery at reservation point. For delays at hotels or other deliveries please follow instructions above. However, if you are coming into an airport, we will have secured your flight details and we will be aware of delays and wait for you. Rail stations, again we will have established where your train is coming from and will wait on any delays. Not more than 9 months old, but generally less than 6 months. Our fleet is refreshed frequently. What should I do in the unlikely event the vehicle I am renting breaks down? In the unlikely event that your reliable BMW or MINI breaks down, or you have an accident, you have full emergency cover through our BMW and MINI Assistance. They will organise roadside assistance and replacement vehicle should it be required. You will also have a note of the dealerships nos. If I want to extend my rental while I already have the vehicle, what should I do? Please telephone the dealership during office hours to make arrangements, and check availability to extend.
